Cancellation Policy

A cancellation will be fully refunded if notification of the cancellation is made 30 (thirty) days prior to your expected arrival. Cancellations made less than 30 (thirty) days of your arrival will not be granted any refund.  However, if another party rents your scheduled rental period after your cancellation, your deposit and payment will be refunded.  The owners will, however, be happy to reschedule your rental to another time within 12 (twelve) months of your original booking date.

Should you decide to vacate the premises earlier than your expected departure date, regardless of the reason, no refunds will be granted.

Damage Policy

A $250 damage deposit is required by the time of final payment prior to arrival. This deposit is fully refundable within 30 (thirty) days of your departure if the property remains intact as it was found upon arrival.
